Production Timeline

All HockeyTron jerseys are custom-manufactured to order using sublimation printing. Because each order is produced individually:

  • Production Time: [X–X] business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: [X–X] business days after production is complete, depending on your location and shipping method.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: [X–X] business days from order placement.

You will receive email notifications when your order moves into production and when it ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders of $100 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $100: $15.00 flat rate for standard shipping

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.

Returns and Exchanges

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Verify:

  • All player names are spelled correctly
  • All jersey numbers are correct
  • Sizes are correct for each player
  • Your shipping address is accurate

Because jerseys are custom-printed with individual player information, errors in names, numbers, or sizes that were confirmed at checkout cannot be corrected after production begins.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a jersey that is defective in materials or workmanship, or if we made an error in production (wrong name, wrong number, wrong size that differs from your confirmed order), contact us within [X] days of delivery. We will replace the defective or incorrect item at no charge.

Custom Product Policy

Because all jerseys are custom-manufactured with your specific designs, player names, and numbers, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Errors in the order that were confirmed by the customer at checkout (misspelled names, wrong numbers, incorrect sizes)
  • Minor color variations between the on-screen preview and the printed product (see our AI Disclaimer for details on color accuracy)
  • Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated design after it has been approved and ordered

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter production. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
